Michele St.John was the first member of The John Jones Team and has been with John since 1998. Not only is she John’s right hand but she also manages the office and the administrative team. In addition to supervising the team's listing and closing coordinators, Michele’s responsibilities include handling all accounting for all of John's different ventures (residential and commercial real estate as well as development and rental properties). Michele obtained her real estate license in July of 2001 so she could do even more to help out John and the team when needed. Michele moved here approximately 11 years ago from Oklahoma where she started as the Office Manager for an oil and gas company and ended the 8 year stint as vice president. Michele has two sons, Tyler,15, and Trevor, 8. Michele and her sons are members of Fellowship United Methodist Church.

As Operations Manager for the Jones Team Joe oversees the team’s day-to-day operations, creates and refines systems, and works directly with John on marketing and new business development. He has co-authored a pair of real estate books, Sell It Yourself (Adams Media), and Real Wealth by Investing in Real Estate (Prentice Hall). As a Sales Consultant for The Jones Team, Jimmy has more than 17 years of successful sales and management experience. His specialty is helping his clients find the “home of their dreams”. He does this by listening to his clients and focusing on their “needs” and “wants”. Jimmy is a lifelong resident of Murfreesboro and is a member of the Rutherford County Chamber Of Commerce. He is a 1982 graduate of Oakland High School and a 1986 graduate of Middle Tennessee State University where he was a member of the Blue Raider baseball team. Steven hasover 11 years of sales experience and worked 4 years of sales management for a fortune 500 company. Joining the real estate industry was a long time aspiration for Steven. Steven has been married to Amy Anderson Taylor for 8 years and they are proud parents of daughter Sydney, 6, and son Davis, 4. The Taylor’s are members of First Baptist Church of Murfreesboro.

Rob Powell brings to the team more than a decade of service to the public, including eight years in financial markets and the last two-plus years in real estate. Working in an industry which provides the chance to meet many people, help them set goals and then strive to achieve those goals is what he finds the most rewarding. Rob, originally from Texas, has lived in Murfreesboro for seventeen years and is a graduate of MTSU with a bachelors in business administration. Most of his spare time is dedicated to raising his three boys;  Austin 14, Spence 7, and Ethan 6. Rob is a long time coach for the Murfreesboro Soccer Club, being involved in youth sports is definitely his passion.

Born in Chattanooga, Stephanie was raised in metro Detroit before moving back to Middle Tennessee when she was 14. Her parents are missionaries, currently serving in South Korea. Stephanie lives in Woodbury with her husband, Lee, and their dog, Tank

Rob comes to us after working 10 years as the manager of a half-century old, family owned event catering business. He then served a brief stint as an english teacher in France. As Customer Relations Director, he is responsible for handling information requests from our customers and clients. Rob tracks down anything and everything you may need or want to know about the Jones Team and our unique roster of services; the buying and selling processes; actual homes for sale in the marketplace; as well as answering questions about the area we serve or real estate in general. The idea is to allow you to expand your knowledge without any high-pressure sales pitches. Once you're ready to begin evaluating the potential sale of your home or start looking at houses to purchase, then Rob will put you in contact with one of the Jones Team's Sales Consultants. Rob is from Bristol, VA/TN. He graduated from MTSU with a bachelors degree in public relations/communications and now resides in Murfreesboro with his wife Charlotte and daughter Elora, born this June.
