JOE: Hey, everybody. Welcome to the latest edition of Tuesday Morning Coffee, today without John Jones. John is getting some much-deserved rest and relaxation at an undisclosed location right now, and I’m Joe Hafner. I’m filling in for him this week, and I have the opportunity to tell you about an exciting event that we’ve got planned. It’s our first ever Real Estate Expo, and it’s going to be this Saturday at our office at 239 John Rice Blvd. in Murfreesboro, and it’s going to be from 11 to 1 p.m.
And it’s a big event where we’ve found in the last couple of years so many things have changed in real estate in how deals are done and how loans are done that we got together a group of experts in all different areas of residential real estate, and we’re going to have them all there ready to answer your questions.
